SHIPPING POLICY
We ship to the UK and shipping options & charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
After you place an order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order.
Orders are processed the next working day after the order is received. Our working days are Monday to Friday. Weekends and Bank Holidays are not working days.
For click & collect, orders will be ready for collection the next working day after your order is received. A notification will be sent to you confirming when the order is ready to collect. Please do not attempt to collect your order until this confirmation has been received.
For local delivery, orders will be dispatched on the day you selected at checkout. No changes can be made to dispatch within the 24 hours prior to dispatch.
For UK Mainland delivery, orders will be processed and dispatched within 1 working day of placing your order. Delivery will take between 3 & 5 days depending on the courier. You will be notified in advance of the expected delivery date range.
GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
You must be aged 18 or older to buy alcohol. By placing an order with us online you are confirming you are aged 18 or older. It is an offence to sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18 in the UK.
If you are buying alcohol for someone else the recipient must also be aged 18 or older.
Deliveries must be signed for by a person aged 18 or older. If our couriers are in any doubt about the age of the recipient on delivery, they will request some form of ID. We reserve the right to cancel the delivery if the age and identity of the recipient is in doubt.
Buyers Terms – The Company does not recognise any terms and conditions of contract supplied by The Buyer unless any such terms and conditions are specifically acknowledged and agreed in writing by a director of the Company. Executions of, compliance with, or implementation of orders does not imply acceptance of The Buyer’s terms and conditions. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.
All goods and services remain the property of Bradfield Brewery Limiteduntil payment has been received in full. Bradfield Brewery Ltdreserve the right to withhold delivery and refund the purchaser monies due without prior consent.
Prices shall be as ruling at the date of despatch. The Company reserves the right to change any price without prior notification.
If the products you have ordered are not available, we will contact you to either swap the product for another or for us to issue a refund.
Orders made online, by email or over the telephone are covered under ‘distance selling’
