We have barrel aged our award winning Pale Ale in Scottish Oak Whisky Barrels for 3 months, resulting in a limited edition Highland brew!
8.1% abv, burnt orange in colour, pilgrim and Nelson Sauvin hops provide a robust bitterness with berry, pear and stone fruit flavours. Complimented by the sweet whisky and wood imparted by the Scottish Oak Barrels.
